"Human Capital for Modern Research Infrastructures"

European research large-scale facilities are facing very specific challenges in recruiting and training their expert staff as well as planning their career, marketability and mobility Once more, the human resources are at the corner-stone of the well-known knowledge triangle: innovation, research and training and thus a deciding factor in the success and competitiveness of modern research infrastructures and related projects.
This ERF seminar shall bring together key stakeholders from research facilities, European RI project leaders, scientific communities, industry and funding agencies across Europe to discuss these relevant matters, share valuable experiences and provide best practice guidelines.
